About the Event

This Manufacturing Growth Alliance (MGA) course will take a look at the importance of communicating and nurturing culture in manufacturing organizations. Today’s manufacturers are reeling from issues related to the recent pandemic and social unrest. They feel the pressure as workers retire and the skills gap grows. They face changes in leadership and ownership. This conversation will share how to use communication to change or reinforce culture and navigate the big changes/crises that businesses encounter.
