About the Event
This Manufacturing Growth Alliance (MGA) course will take a look at the role of communication within Industry 4.0. Most manufacturers are focused on digitization/technologies, operations, and sustainability. However, there is a direct link between great communications and business outcomes. This conversation will describe the issues facing businesses today: more communication channels, virtual audiences, need for speed, people do not read. With this, there are 4.0 communication needs and opportunities with internal and external audiences. These include:
- Recruitment and retention videos
- Training- internal processes and portals for customers
- Virtual events- product launches, demos, co-branded webinars
- Thought leadership
This webinar would also highlight the role of leaders in communication and the role of the communications team. Click here to watch a quick preview of this webinar.
